Submit a part
Tell us the part you know (brand and model) and we'll pull the part numbers from our catalog. A human reviews every submission before it goes live.
The catalog is big. It isn't finished.
If you're running something we don't have listed, add it. Forks, cranks, obscure 2019 wheelsets someone's still riding hard. The builder only knows what's in the box, and the box gets bigger when riders fill it.
Name it
Category, brand, model. We search the catalog before anything else, so we don't end up with four slightly different Lyriks and a compatibility check that can't pick one.
We fill in the specs
Axle standard, offset, travel, whatever that category actually needs. Anything we cannot source confidently gets flagged for review instead of guessed at.
A human signs off
Every submission gets read by a person before it can be used in a build. Bad specs quietly break compatibility checks, and a wrong axle standard costs somebody a return shipping label. Nothing goes live on autopilot.
