Choose a discipline, then pick every part of the bike one slot at a time. Each pick is checked against what’s already on the build: axle spacing, freehub driver, bottom bracket shell, headtube and steerer, shock mount, brake and rotor mounts, wheel size and mullet setups. Parts that won’t fit drop out of the list, and parts that fit but aren’t ideal get flagged.
